Squarespace Domains Email DNS: Connect OquMail After Google Domains
Domains moved from Google to Squarespace still need MX and TXT for third-party email. Publish OquMail records in Squarespace DNS.
Squarespace now manages DNS for many former Google Domains customers. Third-party email still works — you override default Squarespace mail by setting custom MX records.
Steps
- Squarespace → Settings → Domains → your domain → DNS
- Remove Squarespace default email MX if present
- Add custom MX to mail.oqumail.com
- Add SPF, DKIM, DMARC TXT from OquMail admin
- Verify in OquMail before announcing the new address
