Setup

Live in three steps

Create a workspace, add a few DNS records at your current provider, and start sending. Verification usually completes within minutes to a few hours.

  1. Create your free workspace

    Sign up with any email address and name your company workspace. No credit card, no trial timer.

    • Use your personal email to register — that becomes your admin login
    • Name the workspace after your company — you can invite teammates later
    • Choose a timezone so timestamps make sense for your team
    • You are not moving your domain yet — just creating the admin account

  2. Connect your domain

    Add the domain you already own and publish the DNS records we generate — guided, with copy-paste values for your exact DNS provider.

    • Enter yourcompany.com in the Domains admin panel
    • Copy MX and TXT records — we detect common DNS providers
    • Paste into Cloudflare, Namecheap, GoDaddy, or Route 53
    • Click Verify — green checks appear as records propagate (minutes to a few hours)
    • Remove old MX records from previous email hosts to avoid split delivery

  3. Create mailboxes & send

    Set up sales@, support@ and a mailbox for every teammate. Send your first email minutes later.

    • Add role addresses: hello@, support@, billing@ as needed
    • Create individual mailboxes for each teammate
