SPF (Sender Policy Framework) is a TXT records (short text lines in DNS used for email security) listing which servers may send email claiming to be from your domain. Receiving providers check it during SMTP delivery.
One SPF record per domain
You can only have one SPF TXT records (short text lines in DNS used for email security) at the root. If you already send through another tool, merge includes into a single record — never publish two separate v=spf1 lines.
