Rackspace has offered two kinds of mail: Rackspace Email, a standard IMAP/POP service, and Hosted Exchange. Its Hosted Exchange platform was hit by a security incident in December 2022, after which Rackspace moved those customers towards Microsoft 365. If you are on an older Rackspace plan, confirm which product you are on and what Rackspace currently offers before planning a move.
