Email Forwarding vs a Real Mailbox: Why Forwarding Fails
Forwarding looks cheap but breaks authentication, hides replies, and confuses customers. Real hosting wins.
registrar (the company where you bought your domain, e.g. Namecheap or GoDaddy) forwarding sends mail@yourdomain.com to your Gmail. Outbound still sends as Gmail, SPF fails, and customers who reply to your domain may reach a black hole if forwarding breaks.
